Industrial Maintenance CNC Equipment Immediate Opening
Location: Chesterfield MI (Local Only)
Pay: Starting at $30/hour (DOE)

We are actively hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician to support a busy manufacturing facility. This role focuses on troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC mills lathes and multi-axis machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical components (spindles bearings ball screws hydraulics pneumatics)
- Diagnose electrical issues including PLCs drives motors and sensors
- Maintain and repair CNC controls (Fanuc Siemens Haas etc.)
- Read schematics ladder logic and mechanical drawings
- Respond to breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Calibrate and align machines for accuracy
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
- Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability
Requirements
- 3 years CNC maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical AND electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working on CNC mills and lathes
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Must be local to Chesterfield MI
Preferred
- Multi-axis CNC equipment experience
- Servo motors / VFD knowledge
- Welding or fabrication experience
- CMMS experience
