Our client is a busy well-established dental practice in Fort Wayne IN with 10 operatories and a strong fully staffed support team. The practice is currently fully booked and growing adding approximately 50 new patients per month.

The Position:
We are seeking a qualified Associate Dentist to join this growing team. This is a great opportunity for both experienced providers and new grads with strong mentorship available. The ideal candidate is patient-focused team-oriented and looking for a long-term fit.
- 35% of Collections
- Daily Guarantee for First 3 Months
- Mix of Medicaid PPO and Fee-for-Service Patients
- 401(k) with 5% Match
- 2-3 Weeks of Time Off

Job Responsibilities
- Patient Volume Based on Provider Comfort
- Treat Patients of All Ages Preferred but Not Required

- Maintain High Standards of Quality and Patient Experience
Job Requirements
- Active Indiana Dental License or Ability to Obtain
- Medicaid Credentialing is a Plus
- New Graduates Welcome
- Strong Communication and Patient Care Focus
- Desire for Long-Term Growth and Commitment
