Agile Transformation & Strategy Intern

About the this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Transformation & Strategy Intern to support enterpriselevel Agile transformation initiatives. This role offers handson exposure to strategic planning crossfunctional collaboration between business and technology teams and datadriven decisionmaking. The intern will work closely with senior leaders to help design track and communicate progress of Agile transformation efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in enterprise transformation Agile delivery digital strategy and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Agile transformation strategic planning including documentation of current-state and future-state operating models
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements insights and feedback
  • Assist in defining and tracking Agile transformation metrics and KPIs (e.g. flow predictability adoption maturity)
  • Design and build dashboards and reports to visualize progress risks and outcomes of transformation initiatives
  • Help prepare executive-ready materials including presentations summaries and status reports
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends gaps and improvement opportunities across teams and portfolios
  • Support facilitation of Agile-related ceremonies workshops or working sessions (as needed)
  • Research industry best practices and benchmarks related to Agile DevOps and enterprise transformation

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Analytics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear visuals or narratives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Agile Scrum Kanban or SAFe concepts
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel Google Data Studio)
  • Familiarity with Jira Azure DevOps Confluence or similar tools
  • Coursework or experience in strategy process improvement or digital transformation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
