Ascendon R&D is excited to announce that we are expanding our specialist R&D teams in. These teams are responsible for delivering new features for CSGs cloud based digital BSS Ascendon Platform. An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Software Development Engineer with product development experience to join our growing R&D team.

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer II who will:

As a Software Development Engineer I in Ascendon R&D you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team developing solutions for the Ascendon platform. You will work collaboratively with other CSG delivery teams in the Australia Brazil India and USA. You will leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile Scrum test automation Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates having:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field.
3-5 yearsof technical experience in solution design and/or product development.
Demonstrate solid programming ability in languages like C#/Go Lang.
Experience on Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) or Cloud Native Computing Foundation services.
UNIX/LINUXenvironments exposure to develop deploy and manage applications is preferred.
Experience in telecom BSS domain will be an added advantage.
Effective at communicating and collaborating across multiple teams ensuring understanding of both verbal and written material.
Have technical knowledge in software development methodologies and design.
Experience in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban is favorable.
Have analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience gathering and analyzing information for the development of effective solutions to problems or situations.
Be a self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
Proficiency in English in a business environment is a must
