Product Management Director

Position Purpose: The Product Management Director is responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure MBO builds quality digital products provides a scale that meets business requirements and positions the company for future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Write and communicate functional requirements by working across different teams such as marketing design data and business stakeholders
• Develop a strategic roadmap with leaders across the organization and articulate the decisions made along the way to all stakeholders
• Define own and deliver business-level objectives and product strategy for your product area
• Analyze data to understand trends or inefficiencies that are attributed to business value
• Engage with customers to understand their needs gather feedback and ensure product solutions meet their expectations.
• Look across product teams and feature sets with a focus on alignment and dependencies
• Help remove roadblocks and obstacles to ensure the successful delivery of product features
• Define simple generalizable solutions to ambiguous problems and outline the solutions through clear and executable product requirements
• Ability to understand markets competition and user needs in depth

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to listen and understand client requirements
• Strong technical background and the ability to dive into the technical details is a must
• Skilled in executing data manipulation tasks such as migrations and updates employing rigorous validation processes to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
• Familiarity with financial operations including handling expenses invoicing and adjustments.
• Experience using Agile development methodologies Agile/Scrum certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
• Strong project management skills; well-organized ability to manage multiple projects
• Strategic thinker that combines structured approach strong analytical skills and creative problem solving - turning analysis into actionable insights and plans
• Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines
• Expertise in defining and building out product roadmap and business models
