Job summary
This entry level staff member would provide support for in-region teams across the world. Supporting these teams would include activities such as data entry journal entry creation general ledger and subledger reconciliations. Reconciliations would be necessary to ensure the subledger details agree to general ledger balances. Maintaining records of payments including inter-company transactions. As well as some treasury functions.
What you will do
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage Prepaids schedules and monthly reconciliations.
- Become proficient in the use of the (NetSuite)
- Contribute to and improve reconciliation processes
- Assist on projects as needed
- Support treasury functions and requests
- Report to Manager
What you will have
- Proficient with MS Excel MS Word and/or any other products within the Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work and communicate among multiple teams and functions
- Experience with accounting bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliations
Nice to have
- Preferred Bachelors degree in Business Finance or year related experience
- Advanced knowledge and skill with MS Excel MS Word and/or any other products within the Microsoft Suite
- Preferred NetSuite experience
- Preferred experience working with international currencies
