Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full stack Developer with strong expertise in Core Java J2EE technologies and modern web frameworks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze enhance and maintain complex codebases; design and build scalable services; and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role involves contributing across the full software lifecycle including both development and production support. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies along with exposure to cloud platforms is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano TX or Charlotte NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Experience in Core Java object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and J2EE technologies.
- Experience in Spring MVC SpringBoot and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience in design develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based services.
- Experience working with JSP Hibernate and front-end scripting technologies such as JavaScript.
- Experience working with at least one major cloud platform with AWS preferred and exposure to GCP or Azure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analyze understand and modify complex existing codebases to support evolving business and technical requirements.
- Deploy configure and manage applications on enterprise application servers such as WebSphere and JBoss.
- Participate across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis design development testing and deployment.
- Contribute to both new development and application maintenance initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with production support teams to diagnose and resolve production issues including defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Execute project deliverables within both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
