PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The holder of this position may perform the following tasks;
Contact airlines for bookings with special needed conditions of the shipment and discuss tariff.
Issue export related documents (MAWB Manifest EXA etc.)
Add all related documents into Filebound
Take care the documents and shipment complies with regulations and sending instructions.
Prepare the shipment ready for carriage
Check the number of parcels actual weight and dimensions against the info in the job and make adjustments if necessary.
Check the documents in relation to the shipment an final destination.
Where needed an applicable the airline interface is used

MINIMUM SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Have logistics knowledge ( preferred). Excellent interpersonal relationships. Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities. Computer skills (if applicable).
