As aStrategic Planning Apprentice you will support the Global Strategic Planning team in transforming data into clear actionable insights thatinform business decisions on portfolio management.This role is ideal for anearlycareerprofessional looking to develop strong strategicandanalyticalskills within afastpaced international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As ourStrategic Planning ApprenticeyourfocusisBusiness Analysis Supportand Project Management.
Yourmain focus:
Support the analysis of sales performance market trends and business drivers toidentifyrisks opportunities growthleversand contribute to the development of strategic recommendations.
Contribute to strategic planning projects by synthesizing insightsandbuilding impactfuland compellingpresentations.
Assistinthe management of innovation sizing.
Support the preparation of key internal and external meetings ensuringhigh standardsof data accuracy clarity and visual storytelling.
Assistin the preparation of retailers meetings atthe HQ.

You will be part of a newly createddepartment ofStrategic Planning & Trade Marketingwith aStrategic Planning team oftwoandcollaborating closely with multiple stakeholders including Trade Marketing teams and the CMI community. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You have strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy solving complexproblems andturning insights into valuable recommendations. You can work methodically in an agile diverse and international environment. A passion for Luxury Beauty will be highly appreciated.
Other than that you:
PrepareaBachelors orMasters degree in FinanceMarketingor Management.
Have excellent analytical and synthetical skills andhave the abilitytodraw appropriate conclusions andcommunicate them in an assertive manner.
Are comfortable working with numbers being detail-oriented and rigorous.
English is the company language. French is a bonus but notrequired.
