Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors common areas parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points observe foot and vehicle traffic and report maintenance issues suspicious activity and/or policy violations according to site post orders.
• Support daily operations at the property by assisting with visitor directions answering routine questions and maintaining a professional presence aligned with Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
