What You Will Do:
- Work across organizational boundaries and complex networks to generate and sustain momentum against program office and entity goals and objectives.
- Leverage technical fluency and skillsets to advise clients and program leadership on technical nuances and paths forward for success.
- Consistently identify opportunities for iterative improvement and adjustment offering multiple courses of action for decisionmakers to achieve streamlined operations cost savings and other measures of improvement.
- Lead teams of colleagues to shared success on the ground and continuously develop technical leadership and management skill across the team.
- Identify pursue and capture opportunities for portfolio and business growth by developing trusted relationships and leveraging full arsenal of technical tools and approaches.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
Bachelors Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional federal customer support experience in lieu of Bachelors degree
Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience in the federal consulting business model supporting DoW or IC customers
Demonstrated success portfolio growth supporting DoW or IC customers
What Would Be Nice To Have:
At least 15 years of experience in the federal consulting business model and a demonstrated track record of driving portfolio and business growth
An applicable Masters degree in a relevant field or discipline
Demonstrated experience across a range of technologies with a clear nexus to mission operations
Ability to operate autonomously and with minimal oversight while keeping business interests in view
