Assistant Manager Hand & Stone Lehi

We are looking for a strong reliable leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Hand & Stone Lehi.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized accountable and motivated to help lead a team while driving results in a fast-paced spa environment.

Compensation

$16$20/hour (based on experience)
Monthly performance bonuses
Free Massage or Facial each month

What Youll Do

Support daily spa operations and help lead the front desk team
Drive memberships add-ons retail and rebooking
Coach and support staff to improve performance
Manage schedules based on business needs
Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
Maintain a clean organized and professional spa environment
Help train new team members and reinforce company standards

What Were Looking For

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience in spa retail hospitality or sales is a plus
Strong communication and accountability
Organized dependable and detail-oriented
Comfortable coaching staff and holding standards
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Available evenings and weekends
