Job Summary
Service Advisor
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focusedService Advisor to join our service department. As a Service Advisor you will be the liaison between customers and our service technicians. Your goal is to ensure each customer receives an exceptional service experience from start to finish while helping drive department sales and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Provide service recommendations and explain repair options and estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Conduct final walkarounds and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle pick-up
- Maintain detailed service records and follow all dealership and manufacturer policies
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of automotive systems is a plus
- Proficiency with dealership software and computer systems
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
