Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Registered Nurse Procedural Sedation & General Surgery Clinic
Location:La Crosse Wisconsin
Schedule:Full-time 80 hours per two weeks 1.0 FTE)
Shift:8-hour day shifts MondayFriday between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm
No weekends holidays or on-call obligations!

What You Will Do
- Provide hands-on nursing care in both Procedural Sedation and General Surgery Clinic settings
- Assist with procedural sedation and in-office Vascular and General Surgery procedures
- Care for patients pre-op intra-op and post-op including education and coordination of pre-procedure calls
- Perform telephone triage patient education and coordinate patient care
Hands-on skills include:
- Administering sedation medications
- Starting and maintaining vascular access
- Point-of-care INR and glucose testing
- Wound vacs and dressing changes
Collaborate with surgery and vascular clinicians in newly renovated spaces on the 3rd floor of the Heritage building.

What You Need
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- ACLS and Procedural Sedation training required within 8 weeks of hire
Preferred:
- Previous sedation or procedural experience
- 1 year of RN experience (new graduate nurses are not eligible)
- Ability to thrive while working through change and help develop workflows for this evolving role
