Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor

• Leiderschap binnen het projectproces van de initiatie tot definitie/ontwerp/voorbereiding/realisatie tot nazorg.
• Het vertalen van de wensen van de klant naar een projectopdracht en programma-eisen.
• Het managen van projecten en stakeholders (financieel/planning/organisatie/kwaliteit).
• Begeleiden van het lopende werk en succesvolle levering.
• Voorbereiding van projectopdrachten voor werktuigbouwkundige projecten voornamelijk met elektrische meet- en besturingstechniek en architecturale interface;
• Het definiëren van engineering opdrachten voor externe consultants als onderdeel van een project;
• Organiseren van projectvoortgangsbijeenkomsten en zorgen voor het vastleggen van overeenkomsten zodat alle partijen weten wat hun bijdrage moet zijn en de klant en het industrieel projecten- en facilitair management de voortgang kunnen beoordelen;
• Toezicht houden op uitvoeringswerk door externe leveranciers.

Site Services is verantwoordelijk voor o.a. projecten aan- en het beheer en onderhouden van het terrein de infrastructuur de gebouwen de gebouw gebonden installaties en energievoorzieningen van de fabriek in Drachten. Samen met collega projectleiders en externe partijen probeer je van ieder project een succes te maken!

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol zoeken we iemand met de volgende kennis en ervaring

• Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding werktuigbouwkunde elektrotechniek of installatietechniek.
• 5 10 jaar werkervaring als projectleider of binnen het engineeringdomein
• Je stelt prioriteiten bent gedreven een teamspeler en beschikt over goede communicatie- en coördinatievaardigheden
• Je bent bekend met het bouwen van gebonden installaties HVAC
• Je beschikt over een VCA-VOL certificaat
• Het is een pluspunt als je bekend bent met LEAN maar we bieden je ook de mogelijkheid om deze kennis binnen deze rol op tedoen.
• Goed schrijven en spreken in het Engels en in het Nederlands is een must

Your role:

• Leadership within the project process from initiation through definition/design/preparation/execution to aftercare.
• Translating customer requirements into a project assignment and program requirements.
• Managing projects and stakeholders (financials planning organization and quality).
• Supervising ongoing work and ensuring successful delivery.
• Preparing project assignments for mechanical engineering projects mainly involving electrical measurement and control technology and architectural interfaces.
• Defining engineering assignments for external consultants as part of a project.
• Organizing project progress meetings and ensuring that agreements are properly documented so that all parties understand their responsibilities and the client and industrial projects & facilities management can assess progress.
• Supervising execution work carried out by external suppliers.

Site Services is responsible for among other things projects management and maintenance of the site infrastructure buildings building-related installations and energy supply of the factory in Drachten. Together with fellow project leaders and external partners you strive to make every project a success.

You are a right fit if:

• A completed education in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or Installation Engineering.
• 510 years of work experience as a project leader or within the engineering domain.
• The ability to set priorities; you are driven a team player and possess strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with building-related installations (HVAC).
• A VCA-VOL certification.
• Experience with LEAN is a plus but we also offer the opportunity to develop this knowledge within the role.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch is a must.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite role requires full week attendance.
