The Role
The school is looking for a reliable and organised DT Technician who can support the delivery of practical Design & Technology lessons.
Key responsibilities of the DT Technician include:
Preparing materials tools and equipment for DT lessons and practical sessions
Maintaining and organising workshop spaces and specialist equipment
Supporting students and staff during practical activities where required
Managing stock levels and ordering materials and resources
Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures including machinery safety
Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs of equipment
