Drive Revenue: Independently deliver sales targets related to gross margin new client acquisition and conversion rates.
Own the Pipeline: Manage the full BD lifecycle from initial outreach and prospecting to proposal and closing.
Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with creative events and strategy teams to ensure proposals are consistent and meet client needs.
Optimize Workflows: Identify opportunities to improve lead qualification CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce) and pitch formats.
Consultative Selling: Engage in deep discovery conversations to understand client pain points and shape agency solutions.
4 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
Experienced in Gaming or Tech industry in a MUST
Candidate from both inhouse or marketing agency are also welcome to join
Highly fluent in English
Fluent Mandarin or Korean in a Plus
Confident in presenting to stakeholders and managing multi-market opportunities.
Prepared to travel nationally and internationally as required
