As a Direct Seller youll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on our home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
- Educate customers on remodeling options features and value
- Build trust establish rapport and confidently guide decision-making
Lead Generation:
- Work high-intent leads generated by marketing retail partners and events
- Participate in events referrals and canvassing
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to maximize close rates
Consultative Selling & Closing:
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation

- Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
- Confident handling objections and closing deals

- Reliable transportation and availability for appointments
Working Conditions
- Field-based role with frequent travel to customer locations events and community outreach sites.
- Flexible including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability.
- Ability to walk stand and engage in door-to-door sales or event-based selling.
