Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder outreach via email phone presentations surveys and video calls
Plan and facilitate meetings workshops and events
Elicit business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Write and refine user stories
Execute regression and user acceptance testing
Maintain system documentation
Deliver user training and ongoing support
