Job Summary
Here at Host and Stay we are always looking for dedicated and friendly people to clean and look after our portfolio of properties helping our owners to maintain their high quality properties and to ensure our guests receive the very best customer service whilst staying with us.
This is a Zero Hour contract. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. To work with us we need you to be available on our main changeover days which are Mondays Fridays and especially on Sundays.
We offer nondriving roles based in the city centre as well as driving roles for our outofcity properties (candidates must have access to their own vehicle) with travel time covered from the unit (L13). These properties are in the L13 L6 L22 and L16 postcodes.

Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly cleaning the properties between guests. This includes but is not exclusive to hoovering dusting polishing tidying
- The changing of linen between guests
- Ensuring andmaintainingthe presentation of houses for guests and owners.
- Stock control of household basics/essentials.
- Reporting any necessary maintenance issues or replacements.
- As well as the main duties the role will also include overlooking and managing the finer details unique to each property.
Requirements:
- An ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ideally have availability on Mondays Fridays
- Sunday availability is a must.
