Salary: 18 25 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday Friday 08:00 17:00 (Overtime available)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS General Labourer to join our team on a permanent basis. Unlike temporary agency work this role offers long-term stability holiday pay and a consistent workload across our high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Liverpool. You will be an integral part of the site team ensuring projects run safely cleanly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and safe site environment by clearing debris managing waste disposal and ensuring walkways are hazard-free.
• Logistics & Loading: Assisting with the delivery and unloading of materials (e.g. timber plasterboard bricks) and distributing them to the relevant trade teams.
• Trade Support: Assisting skilled tradespeople (Carpenters Bricklayers Electricians) with basic manual tasks as required.
• Equipment Handling: Safe operation of basic power tools and ensuring all site equipment is stored securely at the end of each shift.
• Health & Safety: Strictly adhering to site-specific health and safety regulations and wearing full PPE at all times.

Requirements & Skills

• Essential: A valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
• Experience: Proven experience working on busy construction sites (ideally 1 years).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift.
• Reliability: Punctuality is critical; you must be able to commute to various Liverpool postcodes for an 8:00 AM start.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a can-do attitude.
