Purpose of the job: The role covers both existing and futureRenewable Generationand BESSassetswithin the assetoperatesasa separate business entity andutililisesdifferent technologies. The Asset Manager UK& IrelandRenewablesand BESS will direct and manage the strategic and commercial operation of Renewableand BESSGeneration assets in theUK&Irelandand the associated infrastructure to prescribed technicalquality and safetystandardsso asto achieve business objectives set for each assetminimising unavailability and optimising the costsof production. Toworkwithamulti-disciplinedworkforce and achieveobjectivesthrough the motivation andempowerment of people. They mustdemonstratethe commitment to obtain quality results through direction example and the use ofappropriatemethodsand interpersonal styles The role will involve being tightly focused on achievingtherequired levels of safety environmental andcommercial performance duringdailyproduction and maintenanceactivitiesof existing renewable assets. Support business development with construction projectplanningconstructionsupport commissioning of newUK&Irelandrenewableand BESSassets andtransfer into commercial operation. |
