Tasks
We are seeking an experienced Bioinformatician / Computational Biologist with a strong track record in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and analysing NGS datasets - including RNA-Seq whole-exome sequencing (WES) whole-genome sequencing (WGS) and single-cell sequencing - derived from tumour samples.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent programming skills in R and Python along with proven expertise in NGS data analysis and a solid foundation in human molecular genetics. Knowledge of statistics high-dimensional data analysis and cancer genomics is highly desirable.
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in precision oncology a proactive approach to learning and a commitment to developing new skills. Strong motivation a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential
