DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Maintenance and Facility Management this key leadership role you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation continuous improvement and strategic development of our building infrastructure and technical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to the employees within the Maintenance and Facility Management department fostering a high-performance collaborative and safety-focused team culture.
- Ensure efficient and compliant maintenance processes taking into account all applicable legal regulations safety standards and internal company policies.
- Drive innovation within your area of responsibility by developing and implementing modernization and digitalization initiatives to optimize performance transparency and sustainability.
- Take full responsibility for budget planning and cost control for the department including forecasting allocation of resources and continuous monitoring of expenditures.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers contractors and relevant authorities ensuring high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee project and process management activities within the department ensuring timely execution operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Successfully completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Facility Management) or qualification as a certified technician or a comparable technical background.
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance and facility management ideally including leadership responsibility.
- Strong expertise in building services engineering and technical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Structured solution-oriented working style combined with a high level of personal initiative and accountability.
- Solid experience in project and process management.
