Job Summary
Job Description: Were looking for software professional to lead development team. The profile requires good experience with Microsoft technologies and hands on work on project solution code and setup etc.
Responsibilities
1. Hands on leadership through the design planning development and system testing stages
2. Participate in presales activities and carry out prototyping and technical investigation and evaluation
3. Act as an interface between stakeholders to resolve open issues and manage risks
4. Achieving technical certifications as per organizational norms
5. Participates in candidate interviews and talent management
Role Requirements
1. 8 years of hands-on enterprise level software development experience
2. Four-year Computer Science degree with strong academic background
3. Experience with requirement gathering system design proposing technical solutions and estimation
4. Experience of exception handling multi -threaded programming memory management and application tuning
5. 8 years of development experience in C# JavaScript JQuery and SQL Server
6. Hands on experience in Azure services (Azure AD Azure Function Azure App services Azure SQL DB ) Service Bus Event Hub Event Grid Cosmos DB
7. Good knowledge of HTML AI and CSS and IIS configuration is expected
8. Good understanding of presentation layer frameworks like MVC MVVM WPF as well of REST and SOAP services
9. Proven experience of using design patterns and SOLID and DRY principles in development work
10. Proven experience of white box testing using NUnit Visual Studio Test or some other framework
11. Knowledge of source code versioning systems like Git SVN TFS etc.
12. Cloud fundamentals
13. Ability to work as individual contributor as required in projects
14. Self-motivated passionate empathetic and approachable

16. A sharp critical thinker
17. Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
