Responsibilities:
We areseekingtalented and experienced Senior Associates withexpertisein DevOps to join ourteam as Full-Time Employees (FTE) for a hybrid work environment. This role offers a uniqueopportunity to collaborate on impactful projects with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
Design implement and manage scalable DevOps solutions to streamline development
processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software delivery and infrastructure
automation.
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensureoptimalfunctionality.
Develop andmaintainCI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps framework.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all deployments.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional experience in DevOps or related roles.
Proficiencyin DevOps tools and technologies such as CI/CD pipelines containerization and
cloud platforms.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Proventrack recordin implementing automation strategies and infrastructure as code.
Preferred Sector Expertise
While specific sectorexpertiseis not mandatory candidates with experience in industries requiring
scalableand secure DevOps systems will be preferred.
