Your Key Responsibilities
Hands on with endtoend recruitment with 4 - 6 years of expereince for SAP roles including SAP ABAP SAP FICO SAP MM SAP SD SAP HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
Manage and executebulk hiring drives for SAP projects and production support functions.
Work closely withglobal hiring managers and delivery leaders including regular coordination with German counterparts.
Source highquality candidates through job portals professional networks social media referrals and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings evaluate profiles and coordinate technical interviews with panel teams.
Own the entirerecruitment lifecycleright from sourcing to offer negotiation and offer rollout.
Ensure a seamlessonboarding experience partnering with HR operations for prejoining and Day1 activities.
Maintain accuraterecruitment trackers dashboards and MIS reports using advanced Excel tools.
Use Excel skills such as pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP data validations dashboards and reporting automation to track hiring progress.
Your Qualifications
- 46 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Minimum 2 years of handson SAP hiring experience (mandatory).
- Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and executing structured recruitment strategies.
- Location: Baner Pune
- Mode: Work From Office (WFO) 5 days a week.
- Position is on 3rdparty payroll.
- Immediate Joiners preferred
