Description/Job Summary
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. overtime as needed.
Compensation: Applicable to the position.
Purpose: To support the sales organization with primary focus on administrative responsibilities relating to improved effectiveness/efficiency of the sales organization. To develop analytical and intuitive information regarding trends opportunities and customer performance to assist in developing sales analysis. To assist in creating communications promotional products and organizational events to enhance the growth of the business. To effectively manage the company’s social media outlets to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the organization and highlight the overall image of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Contract process for the Sales Department including Document development Internal communications Broker interactions Electronic filing Contract Balance reviews.
- Manage the Social Media aspects of the organization including website information Facebook posts etc. to enhance our visibility and reach.
- Assist the VP of Sales with management of special projects and business demands including but not limited to meeting planning contract support and communications development.
- Develop and maintain close communications with all departments of the organization regarding their operational connection to the sales department.
- Develop standard and customized reports regarding sales and shipments that provide insight into the overall performance of the business and customer relationships.
- Interact with IT to develop tools and programs that increase the quality and quantity of business information available for the sales organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: University Degree preferred
- Strong working ability for basic computer programs (Excel Word Power Point Adobe)
- Functional with internal IT programs (Contract management Shipment reports) Strong understanding of Social Media and Website information management
- Marketing / Promotional material development and procurement
- Strong understanding of customer support.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
