At Capital Automotive Group were growing and looking for amotivated detail-driven Part-Time Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our fast-paced high-energy team! If you thrive in a hands-on environment enjoy helping customers and know your way around automotive partsthis is your opportunity to jump in and make an impact.
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
What Youll Be Doing:
- Assist retail and service customers at the parts counter in the shop and over the phone
- Help customers identify and source the correct parts quickly and accurately
- Process orders provide pricing and ensure timely fulfillment
- Receive stock and organize incoming parts shipments
- Manage inventory levels and assist with reordering as needed
- Maintain accurate records for invoices transactions and special orders
- Support occasional parts deliveries as needed
- Keep the parts department clean safe and running efficiently
- Jump in and support the team wherever needed
What Were Looking For:
- Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous parts counter or related experience preferred
- Experience with inventory systems is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background screenings
