Summary
Build your career in a stable team-oriented distribution environment where your accuracy and reliability make a direct impact. As a Material Handler I youll support daily operations through hands-on picking packaging and inventory tasks all within a consistent weekday schedule.
What You Will Do
- Safely perform manual packaging put-away and order picking at floor level using non-powered equipment.
- Assemble and package inbound materials including assortment kits using labeling systems printers scales tape guns and shrink wrap equipment.
- Use RF scanners and basic data entry to accurately document packaging and picking activity.
- Perform cart put-away and restocking to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Meet defined productivity and quality standards while working in a collaborative team environment.
What You Will Bring
- High School diploma or GED; 1 year warehouse/distribution or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Solid math reading and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
- A safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic.
