Join the core team behind NAVI Protocol as the operational backbone of a $1B DeFi ecosystem. You will own the full financial lifecycle from payroll and cash flow to vendor contracts and on-chain payments. This high-visibility role bridges traditional finance and Web3 offering direct impact on scaling a premier lending platform.

Location: Palo Alto USA

What you will do:

Lead all financial operations including payroll cash flow tracking budgeting and coordination with external accounting firms for tax and compliance.
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle reviewing legal agreements and tracking performance obligations across vendors and partners.
Support crypto-specific workflows including secure wallet management on-chain transaction tracking and DeFi-related financial reporting.

The ideal candidate:

5 years of experience in finance or operations ideally with a background in Big 4 accounting fintech or high-growth startups.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with a no small mistakes mindset for managing complex budgets and financial models.
Strong execution speed and curiosity for emerging tech with the ability to build scalable internal processes from scratch in a fast-paced setting.
