Responsibilities
- Process and manage medical billing and collections
- Follow up on claims to ensure payment and resolve denials
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Work through high volumes of accounts efficiently
- Communicate with payers and internal teams as needed
- Take ownership of assigned accounts from start to finish
