Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and accounting with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the billing process for all clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues

- Prepare and send invoices to clients following company policies and procedures

- Monitor and track client payments and follow up on any outstanding balances

- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile billing and financial data

- Develop and maintain billing reports and metrics for management review

- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to billing and invoicing

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and concerns

- Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve billing processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and/or accounting

- Strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
