1. Operating Hand and Framing Tools

Use a variety of toolsincluding drills chainsaws gainers hammers peaveys and measuring devicesto:

• Cut
• Drill
• Gain
• Brand
• Tag
• Clean
• Prepare poles for treatment

2. Processing & Documentation

• Document and report all materials processed
• Complete tallying labeling and identification of products

3. Maintaining Tools Equipment & Work Area

• Ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

4. Assisting with Material Handling

• Receive incoming materials
• Identify and verify stock
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

5. Operating Specialized Equipment

• Operate full-length and deep incisor machines
• Operate pole tag machines to produce aluminum tags (as needed)

6. Safety Program Participation

• Follow all company health and safety programs PPE requirements and regulations
• Actively contribute to promoting a safe workplace

7. Additional General Labor Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Complete repetitive manual labor tasks

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor/industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
