Golden Age Nursing Home in Guthrie OK is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for regulatory compliance staff management financial performance and overall facility success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical administrative and support services
- Lead mentor and develop department heads and staff
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations (CMS OSHA HIPAA)
- Maintain high standards of resident care safety and satisfaction
- Manage budgets financial performance and resource allocation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents families and external partners
- Promote a positive team-oriented workplace culture
- Ensure proper staffing and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license (required)
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare leadership
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Proven leadership communication and organizational skills
