TheTrade Marketing Assistant internship at Coty offers unique multi-category exposure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AsTrade Marketing Assistantyourmain focusistoensure operational excellenceand execution.

You will support the Trade Marketing team for our Prestige brands in implementing long-term global/local marketing strategies across the 4Ps and all retail channels driving portfolio growth and market share expansion.

Based in Paris HQ you will collaborate closely with worldwide market teams to ensure flawless execution of global strategies and launches acting as the Voice TO and OF the markets.

Yourmain focuswill be the following:

1 /Support global trade activities

• Assist theGlobalTrade Marketing Manager in daily coordination with key markets.

• Consolidateand trackkey files (Trade plansOCD filecommercial readiness)

• Coordinate post-launch analysis and feedback collection from markets.

• Participate in top markets weekly calls and share market insights.

• Supportmarketswith operational trade requests.

• Contribute to global visibility of best practices and local initiatives.

2 /Collaborate cross-functionally

• Liaise with internal teams (Business developmentProductMarketing360 team Gifting).

• Ensure brand consistency across all retail channels.

• Maintain smooth communication between global and local teams.

3 /Develop market & category knowledge

• Gather market intelligence on category trends innovations and competitors.

• Runad-hoc Trade Marketing analyses andtranslate findings into actionable insights.

• Support the monitoring of regional and market performance.
