Job Summary
Missions:
You will be fully integrated into the activities of the Private Debt and Private Equity teams in Frankfurt Germanyand will actively participate in the following missions:
- Perform sector strategic and financial analyses of target companies
- Build financial models and scenario cases
- Support the deal team in preparing investment memos for Tikehaus investment committees in order to obtain deal approval
- Conduct market research focused on trends in the private equity and debt markets
- Prepare marketing pitch and client presentations and documents.
Profile:
- Business Administration / Economics student with focus on finance accounting and / or banking
- High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working
- Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German
- Relevant work experience from internships in investment banking private equity / debt consulting or Big 4
- Demonstrated high level of commitment versatility curiosity determination and the ability to work in a team environment.
