Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Business Data Analyst - 15 years of experience

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid- Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Experience in Project Management Business Analysis and enterprise-scale data management projects
Experience managing Agile projects within state or federal government environments or similar large-scale organizations
Strong experience working as a liaison between Business teams and IT teams including Architecture Project Delivery and Application Support
Proven experience as a Data Analyst with the ability to analyze raw data and generate meaningful insights
Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering documentation and translating business needs into technical solutions
Experience supporting healthcare analytics/reporting platforms or similar data-driven environments preferred
Ability to review analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategies
Expertise in business process mapping process reengineering and identifying technology solutions to improve business efficiency
Experience preparing solution options risk assessments and financial analyses including cost/benefit ROI and buy vs build decisions
Strong documentation skills including writing detailed functional requirements user stories and system specifications
Experience performing Quality Assurance (QA) activities including test planning validation and defect tracking
Hands-on experience serving as Scrum Master leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming
Responsible for project status reporting stakeholder communication and leading cross-functional meetings with business and vendor teams
Ability to manage project scope schedule budget risks and deliverables independently
Experience working with tools such as Jira or similar project management and tracking systems
Familiarity with Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF) deliverables and processes is strongly preferred
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in complex environments
PMP Certification is highly preferred; Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus
Ability to perform multiple complex tasks independently with a high degree of creativity and problem-solving capability
