Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare structural design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Develop structural plans sections details and sketches
- Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into construction documents
- Follow established document flow drafting standards and detailed instructions
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative design and engineering team
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural drafting
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Long-term interest in structural drafting and design
- Ability to self-start and contribute positively to team efforts
- Creative detail-oriented and well-organized
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Technically proficient in CAD and REVIT.
- Structural drafting knowledge across all phases of projects.
- Fast learner who can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Team player who is assertive and able to work with minimal direction.
- Hard worker who is ready to assume responsibility quickly.
- Inquisitive clear thinker who can determine what work is required and who can draw rational conclusions from information available.
