Job Overview
Tekberry is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery efforts across multiple teams for our client a global leader in automotive technology and digital innovation. This role focuses on coaching teams at scale driving Agile maturity and enabling predictable high-quality delivery across complex enterprise environments.
The Senior Scrum Master will play a critical role in cross-team coordination Agile transformation and advanced delivery optimization using both Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Agile Coaching & Leadership
Lead Agile adoption and maturity across multiple teams
Coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement
Foster psychological safety and high-performing team environments
Scaled Agile Delivery
Facilitate cross-team planning dependency management and alignment
Support system-level planning and inspect-and-adapt events
Drive delivery consistency across multiple teams and platforms
Planning & Execution
Lead sprint release and quarterly planning
Ensure backlog health and delivery readiness
Guide teams through complex delivery challenges
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Leverage flow-based metrics (cycle time throughput WIP)
Drive data-informed decision-making and improvement initiatives
Communicate risks trade-offs and delivery progress to leadership
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong expertise in Scrum Kanban and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred)
Experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams
Strong facilitation coaching and stakeholder communication skills
Proven ability to drive delivery outcomes in complex environments
Bachelors degree preferred
Must be local to Atlanta and able to work onsite
Scrum Master certification (CSM SAFe or equivalent)
Experience with Agile transformation initiatives
Experience in enterprise-scale product or platform teams
This role supports enterprise Agile delivery teams and requires collaboration across product engineering and leadership functions in a hybrid work environment.
