JOB TITLE: Product Support Engineer 3

PAY RATE: $67/hour

Summary:

Analyze engineering data related to flight crew operations procedures manuals and checklists.
Design and develop flight operations data and documentation.
Evaluate detailed engineering information drawings and supplier data and integrate them into engineering and operational data packages for flight crews.
Conduct engineering research to address customer-specific requirements and resolve customer issues.
Convert engineering data into flight operations data utilized by flight crews.
Assess customer digital data and publishing system needs.
Develop tools and processes to improve efficiency in FCOM and QRH production.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Aerospace Aeronautical or related Engineering field (ABCH degree).
Technical writing and documentation experience.
Aeronautical or aviation-related experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with technical manuals (preferred but not required).
Pilot experience (preferred but not required).
