The Licensing Aide II serves as the first point of contact for visitors and applicants at the licensing office. This role supports the licensing team by performing clerical and customer service duties related to registration renewals documentation processing and general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greetand assist walk-in customers at the front desk.
- Answer questions regarding licensing procedures registration renewals and general office inquiries.
- Process registration renewals and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- File organize and maintain records.
- Provide support with data entry and updating licensing databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Speak fluent Spanish (highly preferred).
- Proficient in Portuguese.
- Speak and write English
- Be comfortable talking to the many walk-ins we have at the office
- Be comfortable speaking by telephone
- Have at least basic computer skills
- Be comfortable working in a Team environment
