Job Summary

Job Title: Land Use & Environmental Of Counsel
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): San Diego Los Angeles or Oakland CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: PERM

Job Overview: Our Land Use and Environmental Group works on sophisticated large-scale development matters involving high-profile public and private projects across California. Qualified candidates must have extensive land use and CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) experience. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on complex land use entitlements regulatory permitting and environmental review processes. Land use litigation experience is required.

Substantial knowledge of CEQA planning and zoning laws and California land use processes.
Strong research writing and advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative team environment.
