Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Expert to lead and support our FCCS implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle FCCS strong knowledge of finance and consolidation processes and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM FCCS.

Partner with finance teams to understand consolidation and reporting requirements translating them into FCCS solutions.

Configure customize and optimize FCCS applications to meet business needs.

Provide subject matter expertise on financial close consolidation and reporting processes.

Conduct workshops training sessions and user discussions to ensure smooth adoption of FCCS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Finance and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.

Troubleshoot resolve and provide ongoing support for FCCS applications post-implementation.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in multiple Oracle FCCS implementations.

Strong knowledge of finance processes especially consolidation and financial close.

Background in finance or accounting preferred (CA CPA MBA Finance or equivalent).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage with business users and explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (Planning ARCS PCMCS etc.).

Knowledge of financial reporting tools and integration with ERP systems.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
