Job Summary
- Title: Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS Development Lead
- Location: Lisle IL (Onsite)
POSITION OVERVIEW As an onshore consultant you will work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful deployment and adoption of FCCS. You will act as a technical lead for implementation projects ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead FCCS implementation projects including design build and deployment.
- Configure FCCS applications for consolidation reporting and compliance.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with finance teams and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Apply knowledge of consolidation processes including income statements balance sheets and minority interests.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize FCCS configurations to support financial close cycles.
- Provide training documentation and Go-Live support for end users.

- Oracle FCCS Application Proficiency: 6 years
- Consolidation/Translation Process Security: 6 years
- EPM Automate and Data Exchange Integration: 6 years
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
- Oracle FCCS Certification.
- Expertise in Business Rules and Ruleset Forms.
- Strong understanding of Equity Pickup and Ownership patterns.
- Experience with GAAP and IFRS requirements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate is a high-level technical expert (Level 8 equivalent) with a strong financial background. They should be professional capable of leading client workshops and possess the technical depth to manage complex EPM Automate integrations and consolidation logic.
