Job Description
Lead RTLS innovations as a Senior Engineer OT Enablement (RTLS SME) who drives personnel safety asset tracking and operational excellence in refineries offshore platforms pipelines LNG terminals and depots.

Responsibilities

Design/deploy RTLS for personnel tracking man-down alerts mustering and asset/tool monitoring in hazardous zones.
Implement geofencing restricted-zone alerts and evacuation systems for real-time offshore/refinery visibility.
Optimize industrial Wi-Fi/BLE networks; conduct RF surveys heat mapping and accuracy tuning.
Ensure system resilience validate intrinsically safe devices and support HAZOP/audits.
Lead deployments L3 support RCA SOPs and maintenance strategies.

Key Skills

Hands-on RTLS expertise in Oil & Gas/hazardous environments (Wi-Fi positioning BLE anchors/beacons).
Deep knowledge of RSSI AoA ToF trilateration fingerprinting and metal-heavy challenges.
Industrial networking (WLAN VLANs segmentation) SCADA/DCS OT security/zoning.
High-availability deployments with redundancy in harsh conditions.

RTLS platforms: Cisco Aruba.
Oil & Gas: Siemens AVEVA.
Cloud/IoT: Azure IoT AWS IoT.
