Travel Requirement: Occasional travel (approximately 10 15%) to Client Solar manufacturing facilities in Phoenix Arizona and Hemlock Michigan
Schedule: Full-time M-F 8 AM - 5 PM

About the Role
- Client is seeking an experienced outcome-driven IT PMO Project Manager (PM Lead) to lead complex cross-functional IT initiatives supporting Clients manufacturing and digital innovation priorities.
- As an IT PMO Project Manager you will play a critical role in enabling digital and AI-driven capabilities that support the Clients manufacturing future.

- The PM Lead will operate within the Clients PMO while applying Agile hybrid and Scrum-based delivery approaches particularly in environments where AI-enabled solutions are being implemented within manufacturing and industrial contexts.
- This role partners with technical teams product leaders and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery transparency and value realization.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT initiatives and workstreams.

Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
Manage dependencies risks assumptions and issues using RAID artifacts.
Coordinate across IT engineering manufacturing and business stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between delivery activities and strategic objectives.
