Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Financial Data / Data Hub

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end delivery for a centralized Financial Data Hub supporting finance users across Loans Mortgages and Deposits. The role involves working closely with business data and technology teams to manage financial master data data mapping reconciliation and post-deployment validation to ensure high-quality finance and reporting data.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery and coordinate a team of Business Analysts for the development and deployment of a centralized Financial Data Hub.
Support finance users across multiple product lines including Loans Mortgages and Deposits.
Work with multiple source systems and support integration of financial data into a centralized finance layer.
Own financial master data and mapping activities across business domains.
Translate business definitions into critical financial data elements and ensure alignment across downstream finance and reporting systems.
Perform detailed data reconciliation and variance analysis between source systems and the centralized finance layer.
Identify recurring data issues and work with upstream system owners to resolve root-cause problems.
Collaborate with ETL and integration teams to support data movement data transformations and system dependencies.
Support start/stop of data flows resolve integration issues and ensure timely availability of finance data.
Lead post-load data validation testing and sign-off before production releases.
Manage issue tracking and resolution to ensure high data accuracy for finance and management reporting.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Financial Data Management
Experience in Data Reconciliation and Data Validation
Knowledge of Financial Data Hub / Centralized Data Platforms
Strong understanding of financial data elements and reporting structures
Experience working with ETL and data integration teams
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Experience working in a data-driven or finance-focused projects

Experience Required

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
Experience working on financial data data migration or data hub projects
Experience supporting finance or banking domain projects preferred
