Machine Operator Paid Training Overnight Shift
Location: Alexandria MN
Pay: $20.00$21.00/hour (includes overnight shift differential)
Shifts: 812 hour shifts Weekdays & weekends available
Employment Type: FullTime

What Youll Do
As a Machine Operator your primary responsibility is producing quality molded parts that support our mission:
To deliver exceptional services engineered solutions and quality products on time.
Your daytoday work will include:
- Reading and following work instructions accurately
- Reviewing work orders and operating molding presses
- Performing quality checks and SPC as directed
- Visually inspecting parts for defects
- Clipping trimming and packing molded parts
- Communicating important information to the next operator
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Ability to lift at least 45 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred (not required):
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Experience using measuring tools
- Basic math skills
- Blueprint reading experience
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Safety training preferred
- Prior machine operator experience is a plus
