Your role will Involve:
- Develop and execute strategic purchasing initiatives to secure cost efficiencies including volume discounts rebates and structured payment agreements
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of a comprehensive Master Price List
- Manage and optimise global supply categories such as energy fuel stationery and other overheads
- Drive international procurement strategies and initiatives
- Lead mentor and develop the Purchasing team to ensure high performance
- Deliver measurable cost-saving outcomes aligned with company financial objectives
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while fostering a competitive supplier environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing management with a strong track record of delivering cost savings and commercial value
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience managing high-value contracts and supplier relationships
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
